In Kerteminde City Vacation you can rent a conference room for 48 people for parties, meetings etc.

If you need accommodation in connection with your event, you can rent one or more apartments on site.

Practical information.

Room for 48 people with table seating, which can be changed by appointment.

The room is equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven and service for 48 people.

In addition, the room is equipped with 50 ”flat screen, DVD, radio and CD player. 

Free parking is available.

Possibility of purchasing large outdoor grill for pre-order.

Possibility to purchase equipment package (dish cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, etc.)

Possibility of purchasing meeting equipment such as projector, flipchart, whiteboard etc.

We offer catering services (buffet etc.)

We are flexible, so please ask if you have specific wishes for your event.

Rental conditions

1. The rental amount is due for payment 6 months before the rental start.

2. The rental period can be changed free of charge up to 6 months before rental start.

3. In case of cancellation, the rental amount and consumption fee is not refundable. Any purchases are 100% refundable.

4. The room is available from 10 am until 5 am. If you need the room before 10 am or after 5 am, you need to rent an extra day.

5. The room may only be used for meetings, courses, dining and parties.

6. It is not permitted to use an orchestra without prior agreement. Playing music at the facility is allowed, but other residents must be taken into consideration.

7. The room must be handed over in tidy condition. All service must be clean and put in place, bottles and waste must be removed. DKK 300, – per hour will be charged extra, if the room is not left tidy.

8. The following equipment is not included in the rent: dishcloths, dish towels, tablecloths, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, dish soap. This equipment can be purchased in the form of an equipment package (see pricelist).

9. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outside are zinc buckets for ash and shutters.
