Rental of large conference room
At Kerteminde City Vacation you can rent a large room with space for 48 people for parties, meetings and the like.
If you need accommodation in connection with your event, you can rent one or more apartments on site.

Practical information.
Room with seating for 48 people with table seating, which can be changed by appointment.
The room is equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven and service for 48 people.
In addition, the room is equipped with 50 ”flat screen, DVD, radio and CD player.
The room has access to the toilet.
Parking is available near the venue. Instructions must be adhered to.
Possibility of purchasing large outdoor grill for pre-order.
Possibility to purchase equipment package (dish cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, etc.)
Possibility of purchasing meeting equipment such as projector, flipchart, whiteboard etc.
We offer catering services (buffet etc.)
We are flexible, so please ask if you have specific wishes for your event.
Travel conditions
The rental amount is due 6 months before the rental starts.
If canceled, the rental amount will not be refunded. Mandatory cleaning, consumption / environmental tax and any purchases are 100% refundable.
The room is available from 1 p.m. 10am to 6pm. 5:00. If you need the room for 5 p.m. 10.00, rented for an extra day.
The room may only be used for meetings, courses, dining and parties.
The use of an orchestra is not permitted without prior agreement. Playing music at the facility is allowed, but other residents must be taken into consideration.
The room must be handed in tidy condition. Ie service must be clean and put in place, bottles and waste must be removed. DKK 300, – per hour, if the room is not left tidy.
The following equipment must be brought:
Utensils, tea towels, tablecloths, garbage bags and garbage bags, toilet paper, washing tabs, dishwashing detergent.
Said equipment can be purchased in the form of an equipment package (see prices)
The room is non-smoking. Outside are zinc buckets for ash and shutters.
